SIGMATEL S3 flash file

hello guys...
i want full flash file with eeprom file for Sigmatel S3,its looking same S3 but has different pinouts.
its detail here.

SIGMATEL S3

(GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.EDS5221ML_HORSE_2008 0718_8.BIN)

pinouts:
vcc- pin-11
gnd- pin-2 and pin-6
Rx- pin-5
Tx- pin-8

this file not found on infinity supports.
please help me infinity supports or any member.
