Alcatel S211 can't save last calls and phonebook disable.

I reset it no solution

Unlock no solution

User/lock reset no solution

Full flash phone dead.

When swich on blinking.

if you have backups try to restore and write original imei and unlock
or use infinity : falsh firmware LP + repair FS from support area + write imei + unlock
