it sucks a lot with FG,when server is down.i formatted my PC and now can't access to FG support for obtaing licence.I am always getting socket error.
Seems server is down.I can access to support for downloading files.But can't get licence key.
Please do something regarding this.

I cant believe that the server is still not working! We payed real money to renew each of our account and we got no words from furious team!nothing at all!at least they could say something to let us know what to say to customers!!!on the opposite they tell us nothing!i am really disappointed! :(

yes this happenes with me very often and it drives me crazy..!~:mad:
We need good support regarding this.

i am using latest Maintenance Version 581.and i am still getting the error.
Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.
Time needed - 00:00:22
if server doesn't have any problems then where the hell the problem is?
Please provide information how to deal with this issue.

Well it can be a problem with the provider as seems to be an error like no connection. Check your internet provider and try with mobile internet if you have till I reach Steve

Most probably reason is the fact u are using and old version.
plz check if you are using old version of maintenance then use latest verion and try again

Well i have been using this internet services for a long time and i never had any problem b4 with FG and i am using 384 KBPS Dedicated line.so please check the server and solve our problems.

man dou know what is the latest version of Maintenance it is 581.:mad:And you jumping from somewhere else to here without reading all posts, how can u say that i may using an older version mainatance.please check my above posts,and you will come to know about my Maintenance version that i am using.

Well Moderate, calm down.Some people had problems with the fact that maintenance told them that it was outdate version.This could work as well and downloading it's 1 minute

Still no Progress in server,it is still down.Please do something product supporters and managers.we can't wait for so long.There are many others who are complaing about the server down very often,then why FG team do not take any steps to solve and provide good support.

Thanks Fast unlocker,Now server is working fine for me .
now i stucked with Vodafone 226FM Killed By Infinity now trying to repair with FG.
Hope that FG will revive the handset.
