Thank you very much for your help, but please, in future please do not post links to files in forum, send files or links to support e-mail.
This helps us to serve our customers much more faster and better !
Please, check log text given by software:
- make "Read full flash" operation
- send "system_log_..." file to support: mt62xx@gmail.com
- send flash backup file(s) to support: mt62xx@gmail.com
- include in your e-mail full text from phone back label (phone name etc.)
We have asked our dear users to send files (or links) to e-mail but not post links in public forum !

Also, please, explain why you talk about ignorance ?
We make our work every day silently but serious.
Do we need to comment each our steps like "today we have answered to 178 user's e-mais", "today we have answered for 67 user's posts in forum", "today we downloaded and prepared 114 flash files" etc. etc.
Please give me fast answer and explanation what we must do to see our dear users satisfied.

It will be much more faster process if we will get links by e-mail due to we will be able to download and prepare new files more easy.
