have A problem with my Box has piene that I throw A software ca mark dongle damaged help forgiveness me for my English

- If you can't login into support area: contact to support@infinity-box.com
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade Dongle firmware.

But i got this problem while Looding data from box to open soft then i disconnect box.

Hello,
I suggest you to double check your PC due to there is no any other reason to see this error, only usb-sharing software on your PC.

How to repair "Error code #32":
. uninstall any kind of usb-sharing software
. reboot PC
. contact to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk and explain the problem
. after you have got a confirmation that your dongle is not blocked forever (hope you will be able to get this confirmation): upgrade your dongle firmware with DongleManager
. never use any kind of usb-sharing software with Infinity-Box to avoid FOREVER BLOCKED dongle !
