I cant open my box [Archive]

Infinity suporter,
Please i cant open any module of infinity installed on my cumputer and cant either update box.
When i try to any module, i got error message: Dongle data damaged, error code #31
Whats wrong?

Error #32 because of USB Share your device or software Like hamchi or other usb share software you have on your pc , Card will be damaged

Yes you are right, i have installed hamachi , but problem solwed use update
firmware. :)
