I flashed the fone difrent firmwere on the support flash is ok but display is blank. . . please tell me how can solved this problem. . .
I write the original backup but problem is same phone display is already blank. . .

we have more than 10 same version firmwares on our support site.
download some of them and flash to phone. each time after this make Format FFS complete.
i am sure this will solve your problem, if battery is full charged

when you face "blank display" problem- you must do Format FFS after each next flashing.
Not doing format- is most common mistake

Yes! now it should be confirmed 100% that it is a hardware fault. Bcz both files I read from 100% working phones.
