Auto start by putting battery

I have a chinese set model "C6000"

It have 2 problems,

1.short and

2. auto start when put the battery.


I have solved its shortage problem but auto on is still

Will someone guide me to solve this problem,

I resold power ic, ram and cpu 2 times but all in vain.

Pls guide thoroghly

first find power button diode near the power ic, if diode is ok, next try to change power ic.

if still, now last try is change cpu.
