CECT P9100 - Restart Problem

Hi Experts,

I bought China CECT P9100 a year ago and its working fine for 10 months.. Some days its getting restarted when ever I insert sim in to the mobile, if i remove the SIM mobile is working fine except bluetooth (I couldn't fine bluetooth option anywhere in the phone). I've gone through this forum and fond the below link for this problem

I'm able to call 112 from my mobile without SIM card and its getting dialing, hence Im assuming there is no prob with RF hardware!! :)

When I started to troubleshoot further w.r.t the article above I'm don't know how to do "make full flash backup" and the software used to do this :(.Can someone help me to proceed with the remaining steps, if possible can you provide me exact steps to be followed?

have you any china flashing software like infinity or spiderman box ?
in spiderman box attach the phone & read flash ( for full flash backup ) after that just format the set, I think phone will be ok then if not flash the set using same firmware version , you can find flash file in support site
