Radio bug???

Maybe for wrong section please don't give me warning points.
I need information about electric bug that inform to me where is target coordinat or location via radio wave or gsm technology. I don't know what is the exact name.I need free schematics and other info. It need for me preverting from stolen my friends car and other expensive things.
