Big problem to unlock.

Can anyonne here please help me to understand why when i try to unlock a phone BE4 or BE5, the phone swithes ON and it is not unlocked.

Please help.

I have used the same cable to unlock a few phones before and now i can't unlock any alcatel BE4 and BE5 because the phone switches ON when i press UNLOCK on any software.

Please help me!!!!

Try external power for your cable. If it doesn't help then your cable is faulty.
