How upgrade dongle??

Hi I tried upgrade dongle maybe 100 times, sience 24h and always:
Connecting to server #1...
Connection TIMEOUT!

ERROR - Can't connect to server!

Check your internet connection or try again later...

version update client 1.21
Is any method or only waiting and trying...

the only method is having patient and stay calm if you try and no get success, try after 1 hour, and if same, just continue calm and retry later... thousands of users doing same action at same time ... and this is not the best for all.
