I try so many times but impossible.
Is there problem with my dongle or not ?

This problem i think that its problem of your connection. Try to restart your router and pc and try again.
I had any time this problem, and repeat the steps finally was updated ok.

Look, if I answer you 2 seconds after you post it s why I m connected withount problem.
Problem is this server
i had exactly the same thing - but I just kept trying and it worked took me a few thousand clicks i thinks :(
Is it really normal to try one thousand click before it s ok ?
We dont have time to do that ?
Honesly EU box is very good box, but that really not good to upgrade dongle.

finally got it updated ....... i guess every body sleeping now in europe , thats why i was able to do it ..... thanks eu team .......... great work ..... as far u keeping this good work i will keep supporting .....thanks

please try again and again, bcoz too much users try to updates Dongle and server is too busy Please try again ;-)

I TRY UNTIL 1 AM YESTERDAY, AND IMPOSSIBLE.
I TRY THIS MORNING AND ALWAYS IMPOSSIBLE.
I START TO LOOSE MY PATIENCE
WITH FURIOUS WE NEED TO UPDATE DONGLE ALWAYS AND NO PROBLEM
PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ASAP

where is 1.31?
remote client 1.31 is at FTP support like all updates.
