Easy unlocker- dongle not detected

Hi

When I try to open EU program say
"DONGLE NOT FOUND"

Yesterday everything working.

I try on 2 computers...

HELP

same problem with my EUBox!!! Just got it delivered today, so went on official EU website - downloaded drivers and all available files from site, installed easy-unlocker suite, extracted drivers to folder so they were ready to use, and when plugged in box - got my box installed automaticaly and couldnt choose drivers... when trying to launch any of suite programs - I get error "Dongle Not Found!"

need help!!!

CHeCK that you have not anyother USB device plugged like pendrives or so... after this reboot pc and retry, post results.

tere is no other boxes or smart card readers connected to computer(except 500GB external hard drive via USB - would it be matter?)

even tried to uninstal drivers , so when prompted to reinstal drives when box reconnected - chose ones from box drivers folder, but still same result - Dongle not found!

any other advices?

My dongle too has died two weeks ago. Pc doesnt detect, i think it is totally dead unfortunately! I really dont know how and why, morning was good and i try to use afternoon and pc doesnt detct anymore! That it !:(

UNISTALL OTHER BOX LIKE NSPRO ...
then install smartcard driver and restar pc

restarted pc few times & still no joy... just wondered - do I have to get my licence files(activation files) before I can run any software of this box, or should it start without this ERROR anyway?

to get dongle detected by software u must disconnect all external mass storage device connected over usb.

there isn't a smart-card inside, it's the dongle like FG.

Ive disconnected everything - even usb hubs, but box still cant be detected, tried to reboot pc - didnt solve the problem (box was runing from direct usb all time - not trough hub)

got solved my problem - tried to use uninstall all ftdi drivers, cleaned registry using REGSUPREME 1.3 / PCTOOLS REGISTRY MECHANIC 8 & CCLEANER 2.14 , then restarted pc, connected interface to a different usb port, selected eubox drivers to install - and all left to do is to get licence file now, because box is looking for it ;)

is there faster way getting licence file than trough reseller because I need to unlock good amount of LG KU990....
