Why this 1 don't unlock .

i got 140 pcs of KF310 i have unlocked all them (Thanks for best support), but a 1 pcs can't be unlocked i just wanna know why ?, the program says "Can't get simlock data!" . it's from the same versions of the others .

try to flash phone and unlock latter again.
