I have tried all the version of the sw, from 1.0 to 1.087, with 8700, works fine with the code reader sw, so my driver should be no problem, but it keep give me error when I try to do the 8320 and 8100, progress bar to the end, then the phones in the blank mode, and sw give me error mesge, can't connect. Please help me. :mad:
Firmware it's from the same operator and same version?
I did lots of 8320. Use latest version and read code

what does that mean, it didn't ask me the firmware yet, do you mean the sfi or something else? Appreciate your help. thanks.

Be sure you press OK on message box after phone powers on and get blank ! Some cases you might needed reaatch usb cable to phopen when u see the message box.

sorry, it didn't put out any box for the message, with the 8700, it works fine( i mean the code reader), but the other sw, it is not connect to my phone, tried 8100, 8110, 8310, 8320, none of them got successful, always give me connect error. I don't know what exactly that I was doing wrong, if the driver is not right, then I should not be able to do the 8700 with the code reader, so please help me.
have you checked the port you are using
mines are virtual ports
check in mange devices

I GOT SAME PROBLEM .PHONE CONNECTED AFTER DO JOB PROGROSS BAR GOES TO END THEN MESSAGE BOX SHOWS ERR_MSG: Can't connect.
