I have bb pack4, it works fine, But I cannot download anything after I login.
Any help will be great!

I ordered one bb dongle form uk ,username FGLxxxx176.After Ilogin , I cannot find "goto download are". if login via my old fgbox,I can goto download ara.maybe my account need to be setup?!

If you are trying to use the "GO SUPPORT AREA" from maintanance module V1.0.0.581 and the BB Dongle, there is no download section for it.

You press GO SUPPORT button on Maintenence sw to go support area. I dont udnerstand what pb you have guys.

login with FGBOX ,under "user menu" I can goto Download area;
Login with b dongle ,, cannot find:"goto download area"

Register the bb dongle and it will give you access to the download area.
