How long does it take to get the module activated

He is trying to say 4 pack was paid on friday around 1 am China time and it was not activated. I know this cause i did the buying. I asked Chris from Furious and he said he would have Steve checkup on this but China has different hours. But the 4 pack module was paid on friday via paypal
