7650 unlocking problem using codes

I have been given 7 set of codes to unlock 7650, i enter the 1st code(SP) and get error 'incorrect code', ie # p w + C O D E + X #,
I have been told that i may have entered incorrect mnc/mcc.
Where do i get the mnc/mcc and where to enter this number ?

The code must be generated using your 7650 IMEI and network where it is lock! You cannot use codes generated from other phones.

In entering 7650 unlock code, you are allowed to enter more than 5 times! After 5 times wrong entry, phone will not accept the codes anymore, even if it is the correct code :( Now the only way to unlock the phone is by using a cable and make a log.
