A818 PDA Phone

Hi Guys,
i got a A818 PDA phone (MT 6228T inside)
its switch off when i try to call, sometime switch off when i try to read massages.

So what should be the problem? if it is software then please say me how to repaire it.

Try to dial 112 without SIM and post result here. Also try to format ffs.
