infinity not connect to any phones

Hi guys.

Last week i got my infinity box and pinfinder and i have upgrade it both box and installed latest version. and my problem is i cannot still connect any phone to chinese miracle software. cable conection box is everything perfect. but still not connect any phone to infinity software buy same time i try spider man crack software with infinity box,then phone connect to spiderman software.can read and wright flash. so what should be the problem?

You should press '' power on button '' while after pin defines . And set the port to ( desired pinfinder comport ) not com1..
