What is the problem with phone from 1st post ?
Need to know so many details as possible, due o if phone can not be formatted it may be hardware fault (f.e. bad soldered or damaged flash chip, water inside etc.)

Same thing happened to me today, when I formatted one LG_KG300 by selecting NAND and Whole Flash chip method.
But after format phone worked well.

Similar question why this error is coming?? as in old ChineseMiracle version I never seen the error like this when formatting LG_KG300.

no not flash chip.
this also happens to me and with a lot of 6228 cpu based phones.
with problem of restart when inserted sim.
something problem in software.
malata, konka...and other chinese 6228

As you can see 1st phone can not be formatted well.
I am sad to see that you have ignored my previous message, but anyway, I am ready to repeat:
