The most expensive part of box is "smart-card".
Open box and you will see white color sim-card, it's a smart-card.
You can insert this smart-car in other box (f.e. SE-Tool etc.) or you can buy external e-gate card-reader (contact your reseller, for sure he must know what is it). Estimated card-reader price is 10-15 usd (maybe even cheaper).

Then you will be able to run Infinity-Box software and you can use any cables set instead of damaged Infinity-Box unibox.

sir i purchased external egate card reader but there is one confusion i paste infinity smart card in external egate card reader but whice box i do attach for use infinity software bcoze my infinity box crashed,dead bcoze when i try to start infinity setup soft it says box not found... help

Open PC Device Manager
Connect card-reader (with card inserted) to PC

Do you see new device (e-gate smart-card) in Devicemanager when you connect card-reader (with card) to PC ?

Also, if you have other box with e-gate smart-card (f.e. SE-Tool), you can insert Infinity-Box smart-card in this box and test is it possible or not to run Infinity-Box software.

can i check this smart card to furious gold box now days i do not using this box or after paste this card to box no need to write any firmware/etc in the box

be happy at this moment that your Infinity Smart card is working. what you need now is a Unibox to work with same box pinouts. rx and tx with ufs for instance if im not mistaken is at 4-5 while in infinity is 2-3, that is why your cable is 100% wouldn't work. Unibox is available in Ipmart and very cheap, it has already smart card reader inside.

NSPRO for instance will work only as smart reader. but i think you're sacrificing another box, check box pinouts of nspro if will match with infinity, or you'll try every box if will fit to infinity cables. just extra care handling with smartcard coz they're expensive than a box.

Here is some technical details:
Infinity-Box consist of 2 parts (absolutely independent parts):
1. e-gate smart-card reader, this part is need to connect smart-card to PC, it is a "protection" part of box
2. usb-com port converter, it is a "cable" part of box

both parts is absolutely independent and you can use separate "e-gate card-reader" and separate cables.
f.e. you can use external card-reader and any other box as cables (also you can use any other cables, f.e. ordinary COM port cable etc.).

Hello,

1. check voltage at FG box pin-1, it should be +5v
2. you can buy unibox with card-reader, I am sure it should be no problems with this. Example: as I know http://www.ipmart.com has "Infinity-Box without smart-card", it is unibox + cables.
