I HV just bough the box. when i log in, my box info says that i hv pack 1,2,and 3 activated, but i cant run applications related to pack 2 & 3 & i didn't find the two packs in the support area.
plz help me, what should i d?

i updated the packs 1,2,&3 but still hv the error for some modules of the three packs

how does it work? everytime i wana excute a module i hv to go back to maintainance & update its pack. is it the way it works or missed somthing?
Well you must check the sticky FAQ in this forum.
You must use each pack for a list of modules. An example
You want to unlock a KG800 or a L600v, and you have PACK3 in dongle. You will recieve an error like SCARD error or applet not found. Update firmware to PACK1 and open it. Now it will work without any single problem
