I understand that unlocking phones is prob but i have problem with box so pls give priority too this problem.........
I write hear no respond from them

So my Dongle have problem
Dongle Data is Damaged Error code 65
So i erase Device then programed with Org Eprom from Support
So maybe need update again
But

check this If software can not start (or SmartCard data is damaged) contact to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk
this is not our fault
Reason was unlocking Last LG via Shared Dongle
How to solve this problem
What is Dongle Damaged data error code 65 ?????????

I am really surprised with this thread name... and really shocked with zero respect from users...
It was your fault, you did not read forum and did not thought about safe dongle usage and you have installed USB-SHARING SERVER !
So why you create thread with so stupid name ?
Next time all dongles with error #65 will be blocked FOREVER !
No repair for this kind of blocked dongles any more !
Also in future we will be more smart and we will follow the easy rule: to avoid this kind of threads and according to general support rules all e-mails will be answered during 24-48 hours (but not during 2-3 hours like before).

Well... Thread open again due to we have received nice e-mail from user and we have a reason to continue now...
We are waiting here "BIG SORRY" words from user (user with zero patience) due to he have started current thread without any reason: all his e-mails was answered in several hours, all problems was solver very fast but he was unable to wait only several hours to get an reply via e-mail.
Also today we have got e-mail regarding closed thread with this kind of text:

Repat for the last time befor i open a serious thread...
...
We do not have any reason to hide any words between us and user, let's everybody see how we works, how fast we answer to mails and how is good our support. We like to see funny or serious thread (as you wish).
We did not deserve this kind of threads and this kind of mails, so we just want to say to user: you can create new not serious or new serious thread or any other thread so many times as you wish.
The only thing that we want to ask you: post only TRUTH in that thread and try to avoid stupid thread names like was done in current thread.
p.s.
Next time if you want to create "serious thread" just do it without any preliminary notification, it is no need to send to us (or to somebody else) e-mail notification that you want to open "serious thread".
