Try to use other cable, it looks like something wrong with cable.
also try to adjust port settings:

What is "the same" ?
Is your current "the same" is the same as in post #1 or is it the same as in post #3 ?

Hello,

There is something strange with your PC or cable.
At first phone was able to connect but it was errors during reading and finally phone can not be detected at all.
Double check cable, check phone connector due to it may be damaged.

you need to use box RJ45 cable but not ordinary COM port cable.
Just use correct cable and try again

hi friends ,

connect the infinity box in usb mode then select the com port which connected with usb com port as per device manager,port settings.

for example: i select the com5(usb serial com port) and in infinity box the phone should be connected with usb jack

I have same problem, i try with usb serial and standar serial port, same rezults. Cable is ok, setings is ok but not work.
