it depends.try to use your infinity with any phone supported even just with read phone info.if it works then it means your bulb is busted.if it doesnt work with any job like unlock or read info or flash then its possible that your box have problem

i can format chinese phone this mean my box is working and
only bulb was busted.

actually theres no problem with that.actually my jaf box has also bulb problem but up to now it still is working well......
important is your box rj45 is still working..
my box ftdi's is damage now i only use my infinity box as dongle..

You can try to replace FT232 chip in box to make it completely working.
