question - did U closed ZTE application which start when U plug modem?
also before connect insert simcard without PIN set

YES SIR i plug modem closed BEELINE application (no ZTE application) i insert simcard without PIN set, wait 2-3 minuts and start KK_MClient.exe and push read info buton

YES SIR i plug modem closed BEELINE (http://www.beeline.tj) application (no ZTE application) i insert simcard without PIN set (Babilon-m), wait 2-3 minuts and start KK_MClient.exe and chose PMCIA/Expressar/usb modems chose ZTE and push read info buton
