I have unlocked a Xu870 with Kulankendi, and it is unlocked, and works fine with any sim, on my pc when I use the Novatel generic connect software.
My problem is that I want to use the modem in my Linksys router. Because the Xu870 still has the original settings for t mobile, it defaults to this in the router , and I can't enter my new apn settings.
Is there any way to get rid of the original settings, or flash with generic firmware, because now although my modem is unlocked, I still can't use it.
