I have Simtelep MSTAR C4000 Dual Sim hand set.

When i check the IMEI using *#06#. I get IMEI:000000000000000 IMEISV:78.
due to which I am getting "Invalid Sim" Error.
I have tried to change the IMEI using
Spider Man 2.50 CRACK
MTK IMEI Write By mobileboy Ver2.0
IMEI Tool.exe
All three software after say that IMEI has been changed successfully but when I again check using *#06# in the handset I get IMEI:000000000000000.
Please help.

when I connect USB cable I get 3 options
Mass Storage
Webcam
Com port
When I select Mass storage I can access Memory card & phone memory easily.
When I select Webcam there is a device under Imaging Devices: 6225 Video(VC_if). I am able to use it as a webcam using Yawcam.
When I select Com Port I get com port under ports & I am able to download Contact's & messages using China phone PC Suite V2.0742.07(07A).

If anyone can help flashing with MTK Flash Tool v6.1.8.
I am facing connection problem.
This is MTK Flash Tool v6.1.8 popup window when trying to read FLash :
Error : [BROM] Fail to get target baseband chip H/w version!
Possible reason:
1. There's an UART communication problem between FlashTool and BootRom.
2. Target might be shutdown unexpectedly.
[ACTION]
1. Try again.
2. Proceed H/W checking in download cable and target side UART path.
3. Monitor if power-drop occured in target side.
Any other suggestion or help highly appreciated.

When using Spider Man 2.50 CRACKed
Iam getting following error

Press ON/OFF key please...
[BOOT] Get target hw_version failed!
[MTK] Close COM9 success
When I try to change IMEI
[IMEI] Waiting you turn on phone please!!!
[IMEI] Get Ready Error!
Please check the link between box and phone
The Phone must be trun on!
Original IMEI --->000000000000000
Write New IMEI Success!
Phone New IMEI --->553641xxxxxxxxx
But there is actually no chage in the handset it is still 000000000000000.

you should need one ftdi device (ufs or jaf) as interface with spiderman crack to connect the phone with software ( rx,tx,gnd ) , only then you can able to change imei of phone using direct imei option of spiderman crack

Can you help me with any code for this phone. As I have earlier posted no code works on this on this handset.
Also suggest me If we can connect by bluetooth and use the Bluetooth com ports for use with Spiderman, MTK Flash tool etc.

I think ur cpu is 6225 search 6225 imei tool already posted in forum or try with any professional device like infinty or cpf
Due to various reasons, some phones need to repair IMEI
code and can b done only with professional device not with carck or free soft how ever ist try with 6225 imei tool if ur phone cpu is 6225.

Before trying to repair imei try to format your phone but dont forget to read fully backup from your phone then try to write imei again if still same result try to write firmware to set.

U can repair Imei Via Xintel or Ve-king.To do so just scan pins,power on phone and press repair imei.

Ask any technician in gaffer market that try it with CpfbOX2 ;)IF need help can contact me on my sonork id.

But I think this is not working out.
I need some advice.
If we take the backup and then format the phone.
We edit the backup file with Hex Editor and manually change the IMEI in the backup file.
After the change load the back up file on the phone again. Will it work?
Has anyone done this.

It's a good point.U can repair and check urself by this way.U know this is called experience when a person tries to discover what that is not visible.
Plz do and give report i 'm waiting ....don't worry it don't make ur phone dead and in case if phone goes dead then u have the backup.
