Adding lang in BE3

Hello..
I need to add Turkish and French in a BE3 16A phone..is that any soft or anyways to add using Hexeditor..? i have a flash file with Turkish and French (BE3V-16B)...anyways to extract from that and add to the phone..If i flash this tur/Fre file to Be3 it shows insert sim...

Hi!

Changing language is posible only if you have both flashes with
same version (16A its not enough).
Open files in hex-editor and goto to addres 0x10000.
There will be 8-digits string like CC196000. Its must be same in
both flashes.
For version CC196000 copy data area 173000..190000 (at the end of block must be lot of FF)
