Disabe SIM Lock on Samsung i620?

I have successfully read the code for i620 with EUB, but everytime I power the phone on it asks for the SIM lock password. I went on Security menu and Disable SIM lock but there it doesn't accept the same code that accepts when powering on. Any advice on how to permanently remove the sim lock message?
