help with using combo usb/rj45 cable to Unlock Samsung 3g

I am trying to unlock a samsung T819. I am not sure it is a USB cable or a USB/rj 45 e210 cable to use.

How do I use the Combo cable ?

must the combo cable be plugged into the EUBOX or must the USB portion be plugged directly in the computer ?

Must both the USB and RJ45 be plugged in ?

can the samsung 3G be unlocked by using Original USB cable that came with the phone ?

you need to use Combo cable and combo mode in 3g unlocker,
