you will need


MultiLoader
Firmware ( Full Flash )
Read phone 3g code reader
UNlock sucessefull

download MultiLoader and flash the boot File, i recomend Ns Pro Flash files.
After flash Boot Loader, Flash the Phone, them phone start up ( Non Acepted card ) the choice call, enter freeze code and wait some 3 to 5 seconds. phone will ask for Net Code ( NCK ) enter the code and voila, phone its unlocked.

Tested by me, it works.

it's easy

use Samsung 3G online code reader (some F480 version can't be unlocked with direct unlock even after full flash, boot, reset etc...).

u will get unlock code and unfreeze code,
the F480 have a little difference from F490, because u can use the unfreeze code not like the other one.


Method to Unfreeze F480(V):
- Use Samsung 3G Online Code Reader, u will get Unlock and Unfreeze code,
- Put a non accepted SIM Card and power On the phone,
- U will get on screen "Phone Freeze etc..." and 2 Screen Key (SOS and CALL).
- Press the "Call" Screen Key, enter UNFREEZE CODE and in the Second u Will get "Network Lock" (other code will not do anything).
- Tape ur Network Unlock code
- That's all.

flashing phone may cause problems with some cases, i thing EU have to developpe its application to handle all version by 1 direct unlock solution

by the way:
1- it's really usefull for F480V Freezing and can't be unlocked by direct unlock method.
2- Flash of boot file isn't needed at all (do not risk with boot files of flash file from unknown source)
3- i think isn't by luck u have used this firmware version F480XXHF7 :D because u will not be able to unfreeze phone with other F480(V) existing firmware :D.

someone say it's tested a long time ago (like found since 1 years ago when those version not released yet :D), but i don't think. many peoples here asking for solution but he don't help, just bla bla when someone find something hahaha.
