Hi
I have downloaded the KulanKendi software, purchased a credit and downloaded the unlock sfl2 file.

I have confirmed in the software settings that the phone connects to com1.

I have pressed the "Read Info" button and the software seems to wait for a response from the 'phone. I have pressed the various buttons when connecting the cable but the 'phone always starts as normal. Even tried taking the battery out then trying again but withiout success.

Am I missing something simple here?
Is there an "idiots guide" somewhere as this talk of Main/FS/CID/etc is confusing me (and I work in IT! :confused:)
'Phone is brand new out of the box with an 0range sim. (I need it unlocked so I can use a Virgin sim as well)

so if U use USB cable then:

1. go to settings and UNCHECK option "use RS232..."
2. Click READ INFO
3. remove battery from phone and put it back, hold "C" key on phone keyboard and plug USB cable. U should hear sounds in computer speakers like U connect any USB device.
4. If windows will detect new device then install drivers from support (SEMC drivers)
5. if still do not works then try other keys instead "C" like 6 or 2+5

I want to unlock sonyericsson and have purchased credit and downloaded the client but i'm having the same problem.

i have followed all the steps that u mentioned above but no success.

please help me out as well
