j700v audio problem

Hi guys i have a j700v the audio is perfect when playing music on the phone.but when making a call the audio is distorted on the ringer and speaker.only when makin a call it distorts though!i flashed with ust pro ,reset eeprom and flashed eeprom file from suuport site.phone still the same.any other ideas would be appreciated.board has o sign of liquid damage.any ideas thanx in advance.

reverse problem here, hearing people works perfect. mp3 or any melody sounds dissorted. please any advice thanx.
