hi all
i have alcatel 511 , if i set any option , when i poweroff the mobile it return back to original config
anyone have solution

mean that you can't WRITE nothing in phone eeprom (emulated) - bad!!! I was spend full day with same problem on 8210 - only changing flash IC solve problem... but on alcatels... some critical data are based on flash + CPU ic-s
first try to resold original flash chip (backup first all flash, before start play with phone) and check what happened. If not help you - must change flash IC (Thomson 4MB).
