weak sound in BE4

[SVH]

in my phone ringtones sound loudly
but keybeeps and voice are very weak
i think its no hardware problem
must i try to change flash zones or exist posibility to adjust volume?
really need help

have you tried to change the speaker?
I dont think it os sth related to SW.
Let us know what happens after changing it
