Unlock Samsung f480

Hi,
when trying to unlock my F480 i always get this message:
Looking for phone...
Phone detected. Mode: Samsung
Error: PhoneModel Read!

Read phone lock, read Simcard lock ... is all O.K.

:confused: Can you help me please

what cable U use?? USB or COMBO?
If USB then switch phone to qualcomm mode
(2. Enter code: *#782872# it will switch mode to Qualcomm)

i use the USB cable who is with the phone.
i also tried Qualcomm mode, but got the same problem.

I have done like this and it is UNLOCKED now:

>> Read Unlock Codes by USB Cable ONLY <<

1. Power on phone without simcard
2. Enter code: *#782872# it will switch mode to Qualcomm
3. Connect USB cable, install drivers from support: QUALCOMM_USB_Driver.rar
4. Go to SETTINGS and click DETECT,select COM port with "Qualcomm Diagnostic..." name and click ACCEPT
5. Select "Read Unlock Codes" option and click EXECUTE and wait for codes
6. Unlocking and Unfrezzing procedure is same as for P910(select P910 to read) except that 128K simcard is NOT required.
7. Switch back communication to Samsung mode by enter *#726872# code

I read your manual "lu_splash" but i dont know where can i download "Qualcomm Diagnostic".
I´m using USB cable, which mode i must use? PC Studio? Thank you for quick response.

U must click SETTINGS button in KK software and after DETECT button, U will see list will all com ports detected and there should me port named "Qualcomm Diagnostic", select this one and click ACCEPT
of course before U must switch phone to qualcomm mode by write code *#782872#.
after unlock operation finish back phone to samsung mode by code *#726872#
