I need to unlock alcatel hd5 v10.4.Solution with imei doesn't work.
By using Retrofit 706, reflash phone flash parameter2 with file Viw104ok.s2. That's all.

I do this solution but after flashing the phone is "erreur de
personnalisation".Any solution?

Reflash phone with 10.1 with Zulea's flasher then use retrofit to unlock and change IMEI.

I unlock 5 pcs of HD5 ver 2.0A. After flash partial R220a.S2, 2 phones died. Pls can any 1 help me to save them ?

If your phone don't power up you can only reflash phone with 10.1 with Zulea's flasher but it doesn't work for me.I have a bad interface (i don't know).
