Reference e250 camera preview error

i just wanna share this solution..cos ive tried searching any idea about e250 preview error have no luck..i tried changing flex,,,camera,,lcd but no luck...so i decided to hardware it....i just reheat this ic U403...and then my problem solve now...hope will help this to all forumers here...by the way this is the pict of the u403
