Flash a phone with good flash v135. Flash type must be the same as it's
in a phone. (AMD, Micron, Intel..). Phone must power On, but not find SIM
card or network. Write data one by one and check functionality of the phone
after every step.

because some alcatel be4 phones can not be cloned by using loto's repair partials ???

Sorry, we have some problems with our server, but now it work.
With our soft you can rapair any(!!!) BE4 in 2 minutes.
(Of course phone hardware must be OK :) )
Soft dont use lotto method, its recalculate all phone zones. You can repair phone with empty flash.

If phone accept SIM-card (!) , but dont register to network, its may be hardware problems. I has many phones with bad CPU or Power IC. Anyway phone technical zone and rest firmware must be OK.
Our software can repair phone in case if original flash content is lost and phone after flashing with any full flash from BE4 dont accept SIM card (with SIM card inside)
