URGENT PROBLEM: Credit

I have purchase a credit for Samsung 3G at 20/12/2008

When require my login and password obtain this:

Connecting to server...
Connected - Verifying PayPal data in progress...
>> PayPal: Your email is Banned! IP number and other data from your computer sended to paypal.
Communication Closed.
My email address is: billing@vbulletin-hosting.com
Transaction ID is: xxxxxxxxxxxxx


The support does not respond, I sent many emails without any reply!

all users who:

1. cheat us
2. make chargeback without reason
3. do other tricks to get money back

are banned on KK server forever and we do not want that customers anymore. Ban operation is automaticly maded by server when is detected anything wrong with payment.

I have checked UR payment history and is:

17.10.2008 U buy 10 credits and PayPal block UR transfer and sent U money back.
but 24.10.2008 they cancel it.

so U are clear :)

I removed UR mail from BAN list already.
Sorry for problems but is automaticly maded to protect our money.
