Huawei modem with blocked counter

Can anybody from KulanKendi team confirm - will it unlock Huaweie630(Austria T-mobile) if it has block counter- all 10 atemps to provide unlock codes were wrong.

So will it unlock this modem or not....
Couse dont wanna pay 15 euros for nothing ))

KK can't unlock it, there is no way to unblock counter yet
