Help with BF3

Hello everybody,
I have 5 pieces 311 which when i switch on with simcard give a beep and then say "please check sim card". As i presume this is due to bad flashing. please can any1 tell me how to repair this problem. I have checked the IMEI and Phone ID of the phone and they both are OK, i mean they both havent chnaged after flashing so this means maybe the tech zone is not damaged as yet. right!

PLease guide me through this.

Hi!

Its may be 2 reasons:

1. Phone Tech zone is clonned from another and IMEI is changed.
Repair not possible (yet).
2. Phone have new hardware and phone for example ver. KJ255 downgraded to lower version. Repair is teoretically possible, but you need to have original EEPROM or recalculate SIM lock area in EEPROM.

yes the second reason is true. This is new version. I have original IMEI and i tried uploading it but no success, the same problem exists. Can you tell me the other option of recalculating SIM lock area in EEPROM
