My dreambox is locked

hello sir i m buy from your country resselar (Atlanta telecom) in bangladesh.

today i update firmware . after update this message show .

i try agine and agine but all time this message show . plz dream box team help me . i can,t ues this box and any work...........plz help me how to solved
