I have a dead phone after try read/write on Bf311 10E thomson 4mb by flashing Florin D

Please tell me are there free software can update the backup file o the phone.

Now my phone wake up alive with backup file, but still dead when I put unlock file(unock by the sw Vsh-GSM)
