C701 problem

hi,
just I have a problem with c701. i want to unlock him, but when I connected with usb, it started vibrating and those 2 leds near small lcd stayed on. I tried to flash it, but it flash only when i push continously "power on". If i don't push power, the phone stop flashing.
Where might be problem?

ok, i see you don't understand my problem. on my opinion, it's hardware problem, because my phone, once i put battery in, start vibrating, and turn on as much i push "power on"button. if i release the button, the phone turn off instantly.

this problem appeared when i connected phone thru usb cable on computer. I don't use any box until then. My thought is that my phone source is broken, but nobody don't say anything about this. :)

For Repair Alcatel C-701, Usb cable not work.
Use rj45 box/Cable.
Polar Box 2 Solve this Problem without Stress :- )

I say serial cable you don't understand.I give you an exemple with the best tool you must use, but you don't understand again.Rotelcam say RG45 you don't understand again again!
I send you a picture if you don't understand return phone to your customer.
It's not a problem to return mobile to the customer,i usualy done it...150 pieces of S107 to my customer and nothing happens.So that bro! UNDERSTAND please!:D

man, one of us is stupid, and I think i'm not. first of all, i don't quoted you, so that means I replyed to last poster (rotelcam in our case). what you don't understand is that my phone is hardware broken, that's the reason to post in that section "Alcatel TCL Hardware Repair Section".

I'm not new user, i'm not on my first phone with problem. Be sure, that before posting here i tried to write my phone (and if you know well gsm repairing, you know that c701 can be unlocked by eu box with miniusb cable, but write flash only with other boxes, by RJ45, and ONLY RJ45 cable).

PS: Sorry if that "stupid" things are because my poor english.

no need to flash just do format ffs with infinity box...............................110% tested by me
