i have original cable from LG510W in to the cable there is a chip named ADM3307.
i have make search in to google and i have found the datashet of this componment here: http://www.analog.com/Analog_Root/productPage/productHome/0%2C2121%2CADM3307E%2C00.html

if any1 can help me to find theses RX and TX pinout with this datashet i can look to my original cable.

Try to draw the schematic from your original cable!
I think not only rx-tx line used, because this transceiver have 8 channel
