K700 after 2 minut going to white display

in my shop have more than 10 pieces K700 china phone with white display. phone power is ok but after 2 minut when display power off after that you press any key phone display will show white display.

i try to ffs: safe format its not done log here

also i try by flashing same another good readed firmware and eprom problem stilll...........:confused:

Hello,

It may be that you need to flash phone with similar (but not exactly the same) firmware version like installed in phone now.
Also, if you have full flash backup from good working phone pls send it to support@infinity-box.biz and include in your mail problem description.

We have got flash backup.
It was found nothing wrong in file.
Possible problem reason: it may be bug in firmware (factory bug).
What to do: it is need to flash phone with other firmware that has similar version (but not the same as already installed in phone).
Firmware version should be similar to CELLTEL25_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.A288_V3_5
Also I suggest you to contact to persoin who sold to you these phones and ask him to contact factory.
